Dr. Florencezell Whitfield-Miles
Chief Adolescent and Child Psychologist
Dr. Whitfield-Miles has been a part of the CPST Texas team since September of 2017. She received her doctorate from Argosy University and is also certified as a Health Service Psychologist.
